REIP engages with a country's government agencies and regulatory authorities to understand the current regulations, methodologies, and infrastructure for vehicle emissions inspection. This foundation is used to provide a path for new programs or enhancing the current program with new hardware technology and software to improve testing practices for not only vehicle emissions but factory and manufacturing facilities as well.

Emissions testing refers to the process of evaluating the emissions produced to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Globally, this practice aims to reduce air pollution, promote public health, and mitigate climate change impacts.
