The team has been operating the Air Care Colorado program for the Colorado Department of Health and the Department of Revenue since the inspection program run by the state of Delaware's DelDOT transport authority. Analyzer software is provided and used to capture the safety inspection results, as well as equipment and maintenance of systems that analyze vehicle exhaust and fuel systems. 1994. The network of 18 centralized inspection stations provide a full range of emission inspections including IM240, tailpipe and on-board diagnostic (OBD).
