Vehicle Emission Inspection
Advanced, real-time emission detection aligned to proper set standards. Our analyzers accurately measure harmful pollutants at every Automobile Inspection Centre (AIC), giving owners and regulators a clear, trustworthy reading of each vehicle's environmental impact.

OBD Diagnostics Check
Carried out at the same centres, our OBD diagnostics check reads each vehicle's on-board computer (ECU) to surface fault codes and confirm that emissions-control systems are working as they should. For the first time in Rwanda, motorbikes are included, a continental first that brings two-wheelers into the same safety net as cars and trucks.

Mechanic & Community Training
In partnership with BIWE, our German training partner, REIP has already trained 125+ mechanics. By raising the skill level of mechanics across the country, we turn inspection results into real repairs and lasting change.

What's next
Data Management
Every inspection generates data, and REIP captures all of it digitally. From emission readings to OBD fault codes, each test is recorded against the vehicle's file in a secure central database, building an accurate national picture of the vehicle fleet and its environmental footprint.
